We now have your application and will review it! If selected, you'll progress in the process and move on to Pre-Interview.

Stage 2

Pre-Interview

Congrats! You have moved to the next round. A Pre-Interview is a 30min Zoom interview to determine if you will move forward in the process. You will select a day/time via our scheduling tool.

Stage 3

2nd Round Interview

Congrats! You have moved past the Pre-Interview round and to the 2nd Round interview directly with the company.

If the role is in-person this will be a 1hr in-person interview at the company office.
If the role is remote or in special circumstances this will be a 1hr video interview.
The Hiring Manager will reach out to you to schedule this directly.

Stage 4

Reference Check

Congrats! You nailed the 2nd Round interview and the Hiring Manager has asked us to conduct Reference Checks.

You will be sent a form to enter three (3) references for us to contact
You'll include their Name, Company, Connection to You, Yrs Together, Email, and Phone
We'll reach out to each to discuss their experience with you
Notes will be delivered back to the Hiring Manager

Stage 5

Offer Letter

Congrats! Your references had nothing but amazing things to say about you. The Hiring Manager is excited to present you with an Offer Letter.
