Description

You Are:

Responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient office operations, managing inventory, assisting with ordering, and supporting employee-related administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a high level of confidentiality and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure streamlined processes.

In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
Travelers Rest, SC

Your Schedule:

Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
Mon-Thurs: 8:00am-5:30pm

Your Language Skills:

English (Highly Proficient Written & Verbal)

Your Contribution to the Company:

Admin: Data entry, mail handling, receive shipments, telephones, general client interaction
Customer Service: Greet and assist clients, route inquiries to right team, log client interactions
Facilities/Office Management: Maintain office supplies, facility maintenance, access, equipment, coordination with cleaning staff

Requirements

3+ yrs experience of office management
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask/prioritize
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Comfortable with basic data entry
Strong customer service and interpersonal skill
